Diane Wing is an intuitive tarot reader and Reiki master with almost two decades of experience. She is a lifetime student of metaphysics, mysticism, and spirituality. With a Master’s degree in psychology, Diane uses the tarot as a tool to perform insightful readings intended to produce growth and harmony in the lives of her clients. Diane is also experienced with runes and numerology. She has performed spiritual cleansings and protection rites on residential properties reported to be haunted. As a hereditary Witch, she follows her own unique path in exploring the energetic dynamics that exist between the physical and the divine. She came to be the Forest Witch as a result of her strong affinity for the woods. Trees are essential to her energetic health. Spells performed in her sacred space in the forest are particularly powerful. The water rushing over the rocks in the nearby creek adds to the potency of her rituals, carrying the intent of the spells toward manifestation. Autumn is a season of psychic intensity for her.
The magical name of Forest Witch, Arachne, is taken from Greek mythology. Her totem is Spider, which is associated with mystics, the magic of creation, and the weaving of destiny. Arachne was a master weaver who surpassed the goddess Athena in a weaving contest. The goddess became angry and destroyed Arachne's work. Despondent, Arachne sought to take her own life, but rather than let her die, Athena sprinkled her with the juices of the goddess Hecate's herbs, turning her into a spider. From then on, Arachne could weave her webs, signifying the interwoven nature of thoughts, feelings, and actions. Arachne's core philosophy combines personal responsibility, a connection to the Universal energy, clear intent, focused attention, and knowledge of oneself. These concepts are used as tools to explore your potential and to manifest positive energy in your life. In keeping with this, Forest Witch is dedicated to those who seek knowledge and understanding on their quest for growth and spiritual development. May you find the path that enables you to weave your desired destiny. |
