Samhain/Halloween is a time when the veil between the world is the thinnest. With the doorway opened, spirits of the dead are able to move freely between their world and the world of the living. The tradition of giving out candy at Halloween is based in bestowing an offering to appease the spirits so they would not harm the living. With the veil allowing access to the other side, it's the best time for divination and to receive messages from the spirit realm. Halloween is a holiday to honor our ancestors that have crossed over; letting them know that they are still remembered. For Witches, Samhain marks the
New Year and is a wonderful time to set goals and get messages for the
next twelve months. I find October's Blood Moon (a.k.a.
Harvest Moon) to be particularly powerful for spellcraft and putting
intentions out to the Universe for manifestation. Meet my special guest - Barbara Reynolds! Barbara and I were destined to meet; we were both on a teleconference where the host split us up into groups and put us in separate "rooms." I'm
trying to manifest a job and nothing is working. Can you give me some
information about how I do this as quickly as possible? Answer: When you're trying to attract anything in your life - a job, a relationship, health - the energy for what is desired to manifest externally must be aligned with the energy you hold on the inside. Whatever the dominant thought is around what you want is what you will attract. When it is coupled with a burning desire; your emotions tell the Universe what you believe - it manifests more quickly. If you believe in your heart that you have skills that would benefit a company, if you feel deep down that the right opportunity is around the corner, and if you imagine yourself being congratulated by your friends on getting the job, then it will manifest in a short period of time. If, on the other hand, you are fearful because money is running low, you have self-doubt about how your skills compare to other job seekers in the market, you worry that you won't make the right impression during the interview, then odds are the job will not manifest. Rather, that which you focus on - fear, doubt, and worry - will signal to the Universe that this is what you wish to attract! Overcome the negative thoughts by: 1. Trusting that the Universal Energy is your source of supply with the capacity for unlimited abundance, 2. By staying open to all opportunities that come your way, 3. By thinking, speaking, and acting positively all the time about yourself and your skills, and 4. Expecting to be getting the right position very soon. EXPECT that it will happen, imagine the way you want things to be (the hours you'll work, the feeling you'll have by performing work that is to your liking), and believe in yourself. Your life mirrors what is inside of you, so release all negativity and embrace that which serves you and your goals. You'll soon attract the right position!
