Privacy Policy: 

Forest Witch respects your privacy and does not sell our mailing lists nor provide our client information to any third party.

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds.  All purchases are final.

Shipping Method:

All in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of the next business day of purchase via USPS priority mail, to be received within 2-3 business days.  Custom orders or out-of-stock items subject to availability.

Scheduling Policy:

If you miss a free consultation appointment, there is a charge for  the next, rescheduled consultation at the regular rate.

Clients are required to provide a non-refundable deposit of one-third of the session cost at the time it is scheduled.

Clients who miss a scheduled session, will be contacted to let them know they missed the session.  The first missed call is rescheduled within 30 days.  Except in emergencies, any additional missed sessions are treated as completed sessions and will not be rescheduled.  This applies to individually scheduled and package series sessions.
